Required Education and Experience
· Associate's degree (or equivalent number of college credits) in Business, Accounting, or Finance · Two years of accounts receivable/collections experience· Respond to clients’ requests for more information, resolution of open invoices, and other disputed documentsEssential Duties and Responsibilities· Collect due invoices from clients.· Analyze, review, and compile open invoices for clients, and escalate delinquent accounts to the * Accounts Receivable Supervisor.· Respond to clients’ requests for more information, resolution of open invoices, and other disputed documents.· Approve Release of Equipment requests and service requests from the Project Operations Department.· Approve requests for service from the Service Department.· Engage the Sales and Service departments in resolving disputes and inquiries from clients.· Reconcile clients’ account balances and send out monthly open balance statements to clients.· Review and compile documents and submit to the Director of Services to review for possible invoice adjustments.· Provide a positive client experience and relationship through application of the HRF client service model.· Prepare and maintain American Institute of Architects (AIA) requests for payment.Skills and Knowledge· Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce quality results.· Ability to work under pressure and be multi-talented to meet aggressive time schedules.· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.· Above average proficiency in computer literacy and applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, i.e. basic Accounting (GAAP).· Experience with use of accounting software, plus ability and desire to learn new software applications.· Experience in a project management setting greatly preferred.· Certifications and TrainingsCertifications and Trainings· Completion of Client Service, technical, and industry trainings within the first three months of hire.
