PCI Waste Services provides roll-off dumpster and Packer services in New York to various industries and individuals, including Developers, Contractors, Homeowners, and more. They also offer additional services such as LEED Reporting and delivery of building materials. Service areas include Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, and Southern Westchester.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Valley Stream, NY. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers, managing schedules, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of waste materials. The role requires strong communication and organization skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics or dispatching is a plus
- Knowledge of waste management industry practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent
