Are you someone who thrives under pressure and finds joy in helping others? As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the calm voice of guidance when members need it most—whether they are facing a flat tire or planning their next great getaway.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for emergency roadside assistance and membership-related inquiries
• Assist members with travel services including trip planning and accommodation support
• Provide clear, empathetic communication during high-stress situations
• Educate members about their benefits and how to get the most out of their plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A calm, confident, and compassionate presence in high-pressure scenarios
• A problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of helpfulness
• Familiarity with maps and basic geographic knowledge
• Comfort with using technology and support platforms
Location Onsite Albany, NY 12209 Desk, computer, and headset provided
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly pay between $19.00 and $20.00
