As a Professional Services Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects for our SMB and mid-market customers. Reporting directly to the VP of Managed Services and Engineering, you will work closely with our delivery project engineers and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and our customers fully supported.

This role is focused on ensuring projects progress efficiently toward completion while maintaining a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Professional Services Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings, scheduling on-site work sessions, tracking project milestones, managing equipment orders, facilitating project status calls, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients. While this position does not require full-scale project management responsibilities, it plays a critical role in maintaining alignment across all stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external project meetings, working sessions, and on-site engineer schedules
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and calendars, supporting the successful delivery of technical projects
Track equipment procurement, order status, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track
Serve as the central point of contact for client project communications, updates, and scheduling
Lead project status calls, document action items, and ensure proper follow-up
Keep project documentation and records accurate and up to date in project management and PSA tools
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or coordination challenges early, escalating as needed to the appropriate stakeholders


What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles, preferably within an IT services or professional services setting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities you excel at juggling details without losing sight of the big picture
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with comfort navigating both technical teams and customer conversations
Familiarity with basic project management practices, tools, and methodologies
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, fast-growing, customer-focused environment
Bonus: Experience supporting IT delivery projects for SMB and mid-market clients
