We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our ODM sales efforts within the North American menswear market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the menswear industry, an established network, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our ODM menswear business across North America.
- Identify and engage with potential brand partners and retail clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with design, product development, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the menswear industry, specifically within ODM or apparel manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the North American market.
- Strong understanding of product development and supply chain processes in apparel manufacturing.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America.
