We're looking for a Manager, Accounting to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial integrity through risk assessment and process efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, risk management, and process improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

This role involves collaborating with headquarters teams, tax, legal, systems, and other internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships.

About the Role

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to address risks and enhance controls.

  • Optimize accounting processes through automation and best practices for efficiency.

  • Lead financial reporting initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.

  • Deliver insights to senior management based on financial analysis and risk assessments.

Annual compensation range: $120,000 - $125,000 USD

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 6+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on risk management, process improvement, and compliance with GAAP.

  • Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex financial data.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial insights clearly.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and other financial software tools.
