Position Overview:
Our client, a leading Investment Firm, is seeking an energetic and resourceful Office Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our investment professionals. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Assist with client correspondence, document preparation, and presentation formatting

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and professional

Support compliance and recordkeeping processes in coordination with internal teams

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and help manage confidential documents securely

Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordination of internal communications

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion

Support team-wide projects, events, and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
