We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive our sales pipeline.

Position Summary:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role plays a critical part in our growth strategy by ensuring our sales representatives are set up for success with warm, interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists

• Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Qualify leads based on specific criteria related to our cash merchant services

• Schedule appointments for the sales team via phone, email, or CRM system

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM

• Follow up with leads that have shown interest but haven't yet scheduled

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Proficient with CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services, merchant cash advance, or lending industries

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
