Job Description

At Sia Experience, our Senior Project Manager leads the planning and execution of large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating the nuances of digital media strategy, channel specs, and campaign optimization. This role is ideal for project managers who have managed complex paid media initiatives end-to-end, not just creative production.

Your Impact

Integrated Campaign Driver: You’ll lead the execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns — with an immediate focus on paid media-heavy initiatives. From kickoff to launch, you’ll own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across paid search, social, programmatic, display, OOH, and more. This role requires someone who has successfully managed paid media campaigns (as the PM/Producer) at an ad agency-someone who thrives in complexity, juggling workstreams across media, strategy, creative, and tech.

Bridge Between Creative and Media: You connect the dots between creative teams, media planners, clients, and vendors, ensuring the right assets are built, trafficked, and optimized for performance across diverse platforms and markets.

Leader and Mentor: You guide project teams, mentoring mid-level PMs and coordinators, and fostering clear communication across creative, strategy, media, and client teams.

Strategic Decision-Maker: You proactively manage scope, timelines, and budgets while anticipating campaign nuances like flighting, trafficking requirements, ad serving, and market-specific adjustments.

Financial Stewardship: You handle budget scoping and reconciliations, ensuring paid media campaigns run efficiently, with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaign Precision: Paid media campaigns launch accurately and on time, with creative aligned to channel and market needs.
  • Workflow Mastery: Assets flow seamlessly through review, approvals, trafficking, and live dates, with QA rigor ensuring flawless execution.
  • Client Trust: Clients see you as a partner who understands the complexities of paid media delivery, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Team Enablement: You empower your team to anticipate and solve challenges unique to paid media projects.
  • Company Growth: Your execution enables higher client satisfaction and retention, fueling agency growth.

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of project management in an agency environment, with a heavy focus on paid media campaign delivery.
  • Experience managing multi-market, multi-channel paid media campaigns (social, display, programmatic, OOH, search, etc.), including trafficking, asset requirements, and channel nuances.
  • Strong collaboration with media teams, creative teams, and external partners for seamless paid media execution.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; ability to anticipate roadblocks specific to paid media workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Skilled in project management tools (Kantata a plus) and media workflow platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows, but with an emphasis on how creative connects to paid media performance.
