Our client a growing healthcare organization launching a new IT services team is looking for a Senior IT Technician ready to make an impact from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing
Heres a peek at your day-to-day:
Serve as a key member of the new IT Services team, delivering Tier 1/Tier 2 support from the corporate office and at over 20 clinic locations
Manage and maintain inventory of all IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and cell phones
Provide end-user support onsite and remotely using O365 tools, Teams, and Microsoft applications
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues, including password resets, malware implementation, and Azure alerts
Lead or assist in training sessions for new tech rollouts, application updates, and best practice use of SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
Act as a liaison between IT and operations, escalating complex issues and documenting all work performed
What You Bring to the Table
Youre a great fit if you have:
5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Technician supporting end users
Strong background with PCs, laptops, printers, and network troubleshooting
2+ years administering Microsoft tools like Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
Excellent communication skills for writing user-friendly technical documentation
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and self-direct in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years supporting a Windows-based IT environment
Experience with Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 tools
Strong documentation and customer service skills
