CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting a valued Wealth Management client in NYC in their search for a Client Services Associate.
Client Services Associate Role
The Client Services Associate enhances the client experience by supporting Financial Advisors and Wealth Management. Responsibilities include servicing clients, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and performing administrative and operational duties to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Collect documentation to set up new accounts (domestic and international)
- Process account service requests and ensure proper documentation
- Gather financial profile data for wealth strategy discussions
- Use software like eMoney to produce solution options
- Input orders and complete associated paperwork (if registered)
- Discern appropriate trade activity to complement portfolio strategy and raise funds for cashiering (if registered)
- Review daily branch reports and alerts
- Assist in preparing marketing and review reports
- Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date client information
- Provide the team with an up-to-date calendar
- Understand risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Requirements
- 2-5 years of client service experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or willingness to acquire on the job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, managed accounts, alternatives)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills (polished, amiable, courteous, professional, patient)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

Compensation: $90K-$100K. Performance based year end bonus
