Job Summary:
Candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors in office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
