In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting critical business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that solutions are technically sound and aligned with business needs.Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

• Complete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL Server.
• Play a key role as an individual contributor on complex projects, maintaining excellent functional knowledge of supported applications.
• Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks on projects of varying scope.
• Prepare and manage technical components of project plans, including documentation, diagrams, and specifications.
• Participate in full systems development life cycle activities, from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging activities.
• Provide highly analytical consulting in identifying and implementing new technologies or applications.
• Maintain effective and efficient operation of supported applications.
• Recommend and implement new technologies, policies, or processes to improve application performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, risk controls, and company policies.

Skills & Experience Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

• Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency working with SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with application development platforms, hardware environments, and project management tools.
• Capable of working on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting technical content to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks across various initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and business units.
• Demonstrated experience recommending and implementing scalable systems solutions.
• Action-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
