What You'll Do:

  • Own and expand relationships with strategic enterprise accounts, driving 7-figure revenue growth
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that deliver long-term value
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client success and expansion
  • Lead consultative sales conversations that position Bluprintx as a strategic business partner
  • Forecast accurately and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets


What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of strategic account management experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Proven track record of managing accounts worth $1M+ annually
  • Demonstrated success in value-based selling and executive relationship building
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes (618-month cycles)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand and address enterprise-level challenges
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Hunter mentality combined with account management excellence
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred
