Springbone Kitchen in New York City, NY is looking for Front of House (foh) service staff to join our team. We are a Fast paced, Fast Casual counter-service restaurant serving nutritious broth and high quality meats and food. We are not full-service restaurant, and this is a tipped position. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, able to stand for 6-8 hours and hard-working. We accept all availabilities, both part-time and full-time! Please be open to a phone interview. Sunday availability is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Learn how to expo tickets and orders
- Learn how to operate delivery platforms
- Promote menu items and learn entire broth and bowls menu
- Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
- Outgoing personality a plus for cashier work
- Good communication skills with team and customers
- Ability to multi-task and work alone when it matters
