Director of National Accounts (Remote – Northeast U.S.)
Remote, U.S. | $90,000–$120,000 Base + 20% Bonus (Uncapped)
Group Sales | Multi-Property Role (3 Hotels) | Financial Market Focus
We’re seeking a high-performing Director of National Accounts to drive group sales strategy across a portfolio of three full-service hotels. This is a remote position focused on the Northeast U.S., ideally based in or near Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, or Connecticut.
This individual contributor role is ideal for someone with strong relationships in financial services, fintech, pharma, insurance, and manufacturing sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow group business across three hotels within the assigned territory.

Focus on strategic markets including finance, fintech, pharma, insurance, Wall Street, and manufacturing.

Build strong relationships with corporate planners, third-party agencies, and industry partners in key Northeast markets.

Work collaboratively with property sales teams, the Area Director of Group Sales, and the VP of Sales.

Leverage Marriott systems and processes to maximize conversion and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of Group Sales experience within full-service or lifestyle hotel environments.

Strong preference for Marriott brand experience.

Deep knowledge of the Northeast U.S. market, especially Boston, NYC, Jersey, Philly, and Connecticut.

Demonstrated success managing high-yield corporate accounts in financial or regulated industries.

Independent, highly organized, and revenue-focused – this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Experience with luxury hotel brands is a plus.
Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD

Bonus: 20% (Uncapped)
