About the Role:
You will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis cultivation industry, focusing on cultivation support. Working directly with various cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute each step of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist cultivation teams with daily plant care, including watering, pruning, and maintaining crops.
- Perform field, farm, or nursery labor, including planting, transplanting, and harvesting.
- Support environmental control tasks such as cleaning, pest monitoring, and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate logs and follow standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and compliance standards.
- Safely operate tools and equipment as required.
Qualifications
- No prior cannabis experience required; agricultural or greenhouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying conditions (indoor grow, outdoor farm, greenhouse).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass required background checks per state cannabis regulations.

Compensation Hourly pay range: $16-20/hour, depending on experience and region.
