  • Mentor and inspire: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Engage locally: Build relationships with clients, courts, and the broader legal community in Westchester and White Plains.

What Sets You Apart

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in NY.
  • 3+ years of experience as a workers' compensation attorney, with a record of success in complex matters.
  • Confidence in managing a full caseload independently and collaboratively.
  • Technological savvy, especially with virtual hearings and case management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and advocacy skills.
