Job Description

The Luxury Brand Manager Americas will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across North, Central, and South America. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, focusing on premium channel development, distributor management, and trade ambassadorship. The ideal candidate brings experience from the luxury wine & spirits industry, a strong network, and a passion for building brands with authenticity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a 3-year regional growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other key territories.
  • Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Manage day-to-day business development operations, including business travel organization and planning, distributor financial management, etc...


Distributor & Trade Management

  • Manage distributors with a focus on premium and luxury channels, addressing areas for improvement, driving activation campaigns, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Collaborate tightly with the US importer.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, set KPIs, and ensure performance tracking.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and in-market activations.


Brand Building & Advocacy

  • Champion the wineries' stories, values, and craftsmanship across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, and experiential teams to drive brand awareness.
  • Represent the wineries at key trade shows, tastings, and industry events.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with local importers/distributors, other regional managers, marketing, finance, senior stakeholders, technical teams, etc.....
  • Build and mentor a small regional team as the business scales.
  • Report regularly to the International Sales Manager and contribute to global strategy.


Profile & Qualifications
Experience & Background

  • 6+ years in commercial roles within the wine & spirits industry, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Proven success in business development, distributor management, and premium channel strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. market and familiarity with dynamics in Canada and Latin America.


Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. -
  • Fluent in English; high proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel & host, 50% plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • WSET Level 3 or sommelier experience highly desirable.


Preference to candidates in New York, Miami, San Francisco or Los Angeles
