CRM Audiology is seeking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator for their location in Purchase, NY.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the face of the practice! Patient interaction on a daily basis, in person and on the phone. Our patients are dealing with hearing issues, we are looking for someone who is compassionate and patient to provide excellent patient care.
We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating “wow” experiences at every visit!
Schedule/ location: M-TH 9-4 (summer hours) M-TH-9-5 for the rest of the year, Friday -9AM-2PM in Purchase, NY. Our location is conveniently located near public transportation.
What You Will Do:
- Greet patients professionally with a smile and empathy.
- Supporting the doctor with patient calls and scheduling appointments.
- Checking patients in & out, collecting payment as needed, verify insurance.
- Updating patient information in the computer/charts.
- Send necessary forms to patients.
- Checking in hearing aids.
- Other administrative duties.
- Outbound calls to patients.

- Good computer skills, training provided with specific software utilized.

Requirements:
- Prior medical office experience a plus!
- Ability to interact with patients in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Bi-lingual a plus!
