Job Purpose
The Deliver Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring goods reach their intended destinations efficiently and safely. Their responsibilities encompass various task related to transporting items from one place to another.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick ups and deliveries
- Complete pickups and deliveries as needed throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan area and local airports
- Ensure the safe transport of all goods
- Communicate with customers and airline partners in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Perform daily Inspections of company vehicles to ensure that they are clean, smoke free and there are no new damages to the vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Minimum 3 year of driving experience with a clean driver’s license
- Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received
- Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This role may require overtime, afterhours, weekends, and/or holidays based on Worldnet business needs.

Physical Requirements

Bending, stretching and lifting to 70 lbs.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and forklift machinery

Loading and unloading of freight into cargo vehicles
Compensation
$22- $24 per hour.

Sunday 12PM - 8PM, Monday - Thursday 10AM - 6PM
