One of our companies is currently looking for a Solutions Architect - Federal in New York, United States.
In this role, you’ll work directly with federal customers to design and implement DevSecOps, FinOps, and engineering optimization solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments. Acting as a technical advisor and architect, you will lead integration efforts for continuous integration and delivery, aligning platform deployments with federal compliance and scalability needs. This position blends deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, requiring collaboration across engineering, pre-sales, post-sales, and executive teams. You’ll also contribute to product development, knowledge sharing, and the creation of deployment best practices and automation strategies. Up to 25% travel may be required for this remote-first opportunity.
Accountabilities:
- Engage with customer technical and leadership teams to design scalable CI/CD and DevSecOps architectures.
- Lead implementation of platform solutions in highly regulated federal environments, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Translate customer goals into actionable technical strategies that support both immediate success and long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to document, optimize, and automate deployment processes.
- Contribute to community forums, product design, and creation of advanced solution documentation.
- Support onboarding and post-deployment success by offering technical consultation and training resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Solutions Architecture roles, with federal or government sector exposure.
- Strong background in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience deploying software in secure or regulated environments and working with Self-Managed Platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus).
- Ability to lead technical conversations with senior stakeholders and contribute to customer success through innovation.
- Security clearance is mandatory for this role due to federal client requirements.
