Job Description:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, managing budgets, creative assets, and stakeholder communications to drive performance and meet marketing objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage campaign set-ups in various ad managers (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and publish creatives

Monitor campaign performance and perform weekly budget optimizations

Maintain internal trackers for broadcasts, streams, and campaign metrics

Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure timely creative delivery

Analyze dashboards and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements

Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and production meetings with marketing teams and stakeholders

Assist in small-scale marketing planning for upcoming streams and events
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Hands-on paid media campaign management experience (TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Experience with Tableau or other BI tools

Ability to write on-brand, customer-facing copy

Understanding of ad creative and A/B testing strategies

High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
