We are a fast-growing CPA firm seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to support our daily operations and client services. This is a key role working closely with both clients and staff in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct client calls, manage scheduling and documents
  • Support billing, invoicing, mail, and office supply ordering
  • Process payroll for payroll clients
  • Manage and organize CPA owner’s emails
  • Provide administrative support to accountants colleagues
  • Assist with firm marketing and client communications

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Fluent in English andChinese Mandarin (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior office or accounting firm experience preferred
