We are a fast-growing CPA firm seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to support our daily operations and client services. This is a key role working closely with both clients and staff in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct client calls, manage scheduling and documents
- Support billing, invoicing, mail, and office supply ordering
- Process payroll for payroll clients
- Manage and organize CPA owner’s emails
- Provide administrative support to accountants colleagues
- Assist with firm marketing and client communications
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
- Fluent in English andChinese Mandarin (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior office or accounting firm experience preferred
