Class Action Capital is a boutique firm operating at the intersection of class action claims management and global litigation finance. We specialize in identifying, analyzing, and filing complex class action claims on behalf of corporate clients.

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role requires strong research skills, executive-level communication, and a strategic approach to business development. You will play a key role in driving client acquisition and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach.

• Clearly articulate the value and complexity of our programs to help organizations make informed decisions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow-up.

• Coordinate and participate in meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

• Leverage insights from outreach efforts to recommend improvements in campaign strategies.

• Manage client interactions and pipeline data using Salesforce.

• Deliver exceptional service while consistently driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.

• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment with experience prospecting and developing sophisticated client relationships.

• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex, technical subject matter.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Manhattan, 2 days remote)

Pay: $20-$40 Hourly
