The Inside Sales Representative Home Buying Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with property owners, and gathering property information to assess potential purchase opportunities. You will guide homeowners through the process of selling their home for cash and set appointments for our acquisitions team or close deals directly, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners and respond to inbound inquiries.

Build rapport and trust with sellers over the phone.

Ask qualifying questions to determine property condition, seller motivation, timeline, and price expectations.

Input and manage lead information in the CRM system.

Accurately estimate property value using provided tools and market data.

Make initial cash offers based on evaluation criteria (training provided).

Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text, and email.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, and deals under contract.

Collaborate with the acquisitions and marketing teams to improve processes and lead quality.
Qualifications:

1+ years of inside sales, phone sales, or real estate experience preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, dialers, and spreadsheets.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
