Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Dining
Location: Staten Island, NY
Job Summary:
A high-volume, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive service excellence. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about team leadership, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational efficiency and hands-on management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and support staff to uphold high service standards

Handle guest relations, responding to feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing staff development

Maintain compliance with health, safety, labor, and sanitation regulations
-
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor coordination to ensure product quality and cost effectiveness
-
Monitor key performance indicators such as labor, sales, and food cost to meet or exceed targets

Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards at all times

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless and timely service experience

Contribute to promotional efforts, holiday events, and special service initiatives
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction

Ability to manage a busy floor and maintain composure under pressure

Proficient with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and restaurant operations software
-
Understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

ServSafe Certification or NYC Food Handler’s Certificate preferred
