DPS helps retail business owners lower their credit card processing costs and upgrade their POS systems — often with free equipment and up to $5,000 in processing credits. We work face-to-face with local businesses, delivering one of the most compelling merchant offers in the industry.
We’re growing fast and looking for driven, confident outside sales reps who aren’t afraid to walk into businesses, start conversations, and close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door visiting local retail businesses (10+ per day)
- Prospect, pitch, and close new merchant accounts
- Clearly explain DPS's offer: lower rates, free POS/terminal, and cash incentives
- Answer questions confidently and overcome objections
- Follow up with prospects and build long-term relationships
- Hit monthly activity and sales targets (minimum 3 sales/month)
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $1,000 commission per sale
- New reps typically close 5–10 sales per month
- Founder personally closed 17 deals last month
- Business owners receive up to $5,000 in cash credits when they sign — making this one of the easiest B2B pitches in the market
High performers can earn strong, consistent commission income
Who This Role Is For
- Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face sales
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Willing to walk into businesses daily and hear “no”
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Prior B2B, D2D, or customer-facing sales experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Bronx, NY
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills
