Position Summary
As an Event Bartender, you’ll be at the center of the action, crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic event setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with accuracy and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs or shortages to management.
- Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure seamless operations during events.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications for bartending in New York.
