- 2+ years of hands-on PC and mobile device support experience
- Expert level knowledge of installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
- Knowledge of installing and maintaining Microsoft 365 on multiple computers.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC and smartphone issues promptly
- Ability to document work done and provide work reports to supervising staff.
- Expert level knowledge of installing and maintaining Android OS on Samsung smart phones and tablets.
- Expert level knowledge of Manage Engine ServiceDesk+ ticketing and inventory management system.
- Conceptual knowledge of MDM/UEM systems
- Ability to work in a team with diversely skilled staff
- Ability to multi-task according to priority is essential in the fast-paced environment at ACS OIT.
- Ability to interface with multiple vendors to resolve technical issues beyond getting call-in warranty support.
The following skills and experience are preferred:
- Experience with PC’s, laptops and smartphones that are subject to state and federal oversight compliance requirements.
- General IT support technician and customer service experience
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility to work extra hours if requested and approved by Agency management.
