Location: Woodside, NY (Hybrid / On-site as needed)

About Us:
Majestic Adult Day Care Center is a growing social adult day program dedicated to providing quality care, community, and engagement for seniors in a safe and supportive environment. We are seeking a mission-driven CFO to strengthen our financial management as we expand services and navigate Medicaid, grants, and private funding streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Oversee compliance with state, federal, and Medicaid/HCBS financial regulations.

• Develop and monitor internal financial controls and policies.

• Provide financial insights to guide leadership decisions and program expansion.

• Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.

• Supervise bookkeeping, payroll, and financial recordkeeping systems.

• Collaborate with Executive Director and Board to align financial health with mission goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of senior financial management experience (nonprofit or healthcare preferred).

• Familiarity with Medicaid billing, HCBS programs, and nonprofit funding.

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work part-time, on-site as needed, with flexibility for remote oversight.
