We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. This assignment will start training in July and extend for 5-6 months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive management.


Responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping and track expenses for multiple LLC’s
  • Handle all business and personal errands
  • Handle all business and personal travel arrangements
  • Manage business and personal calendars
  • Visit multiple locations to address needs as requested
  • Follow up on a variety of projects and tasks assigned
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Must have at least 2 years of QuickBooks experience
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be resourceful and able to “figure things out” independently
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator and very organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be available to work between 30 and 35 hours weekly (Monday thru Friday)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
