Premier Wholesale Souvenirs Company in Sunset Park Brooklyn is looking for a full time Office Manager Assistant to join its Team.
The best fit for this position must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-tasking with accuracy, and possess great attention to detail, problem solving skills, communication, and time management abilities. Hours are 9am - 5:30 or 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm Friday
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate marketing material, files, etc... for client meetings and proposals.
- Assist with customer follow ups.
- Data Entry.
- Answer incoming phone calls and facilitate the handling of request for information.
- Route calls to other staff members or take massages when appropriate.
- Support office staff.
- Act as the point person for all office-related needs from various supporting departments
- Handle new-hires and equipment setup
- Order, stock and restock supplies
- Billing & Payment Processing
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously under minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly attitude.
