Administrative Assistant – Construction Office

$65K – $75K DOE | In-Office
A busy construction office is seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly. You will be working closely with management and supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments

Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports using Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe

Assist with project files, vendor communications, and general office support

Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time while maintaining professionalism
Must-Haves ?

Minimum 2+ years of office experience

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills ?

Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus
