About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they have a smooth and successful experience with our products or services. Your focus will be on relationship-building, retention, and delivering value at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do

Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and initial use

Build strong, long-term relationships by proactively engaging with clients

Understand client goals and help them maximize the value of our services

Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or improvement

Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + performance incentives)
