ABOUT THE POSITION

The Cookware Company is searching for Account Support Coordinator to help guide the company’s efforts through its next phase of growth in our ever-expanding retail channels. Our Account Support Coordinator will be an integral part in growing our award-winning brands at retail.


You will take our products from concept to reality on the sales floor, coordinating with internal and external teams to drive retail execution. Reporting to the National Account Manager (NAM), you will be responsible for overseeing sales forecasting and order processing, liaising between The Cookware Company (CWC) and retail customers to ensure timely deliveries, and leveraging data to identify gaps and order needs. You will work closely with the NAM to meet/exceed company sales targets.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationship with account buying and planning teams
  • Work closely with NAM to manage the budgeting and achieve sales goals
  • Assist NAM in maintaining account P&L measured against annual financial targets
  • Generate and distribute POS reporting and analysis to CWC executive team
  • Track and maintain order reporting for responsible accounts and identify gaps and order needs
  • Work closely with Finance Dept. to manage sales related chargeback claims
  • Work closely with NAM to help prepare for internal and customer meetings and assist in all aspects of the sell-cycle.
  • Regular communication with operations team to ensure the timely order and forecast management
  • Organize promotional events and new product launches for responsible accounts
  • Manage new customer on-boarding and product set-ups
  • Collaborate effectively with the outside sales representative group to ensure the achievement of brand and account goals.
  • Partner with marketing teams by submitting content and asset creation requests for new product launches.
  • Coordinate the shipment of product samples to and from meetings and customer locations.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience preferred but not necessary
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to compare various data sets and draw valuable and actionable insights
  • Experience building reporting and presentations that combine performance and financial metrics
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to affect outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using MS Teams or Google Meet for communication with external partners
