Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Loader - Weekend Shift (Saturday to Monday)
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers for the weekend shift. You will primarily be working in the Unloading and Receiving departments, tasked with ensuring efficient and safe handling of products as they come in.
Responsibilities
- Unload and loading 18-wheelers and palletize materials.
- Operate conveyance systems to process products into the system.
- Perform cross-dock functions to move products directly to shipping.
- Handle and process freight in a safe manner, reporting unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean work area and manage freight flow.
- Identify, separate, count, combine, and scan freight using warehouse management systems.
- Load trucks according to specific protocols, ensuring correct weight distribution.
- Enter and locate information using computer systems or communication devices.
Essential Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, loading, and unloading.
- Familiarity with order pulling, inventory, forklift, and shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience in picking, packing, production, and general labor.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of good attendance is essential.
- Desire to learn and flexibility in meeting hourly, daily, and weekly goals.
- Previous experience with mobile equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and willingness to move between areas as needed.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate controlled, but temperatures can fluctuate near bay doors. You will not be working outside but may experience elements when doors are open. The dress code is relaxed, allowing for jeans and shorts, with a requirement for closed-toed shoes or boots. Please note that cell phones must remain out of sight during working hours, and earbuds are not permitted.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
