What You’ll Do as a Regional Director

As a Regional Director, you’ll oversee the performance, training, and leadership of multiple centers — ensuring operational consistency, sales execution, and exceptional guest experiences.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Center Sales Directors and Assistant Managers across a designated region
  • Set and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and lead the team in hitting revenue goals
  • Provide in-field coaching and sales training — from front desk scripting to Wax Pass conversion
  • Conduct regular center visits, team audits, and operational check-ins
  • Ensure compliance with all brand, operational, HR, and safety protocols
  • Lead regional performance reviews, recognition programs, and team goal planning
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to align local execution with broader business goals
  • Manage staffing, training plans, and leadership pipelines across all locations
  • Travel regularly between centers to provide visibility, guidance, and direct support

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a performance-driven people leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-based environments — and knows how to make things happen through structure, accountability, and inspiration.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership (retail, salon/spa, hospitality, or franchise preferred)
  • Expertise in sales leadership, team training, and field operations
  • A proven track record of growing revenue and developing leaders
  • Hands-on experience with goal-setting, performance management, and KPI coaching
  • Ability to communicate with clarity, give actionable feedback, and lead by example
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for guest service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) across your assigned markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred (not required)

Physical & Travel Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Travel across multiple states/markets weekly by car, train, or air
  • Visit centers regularly, which involves standing/walking for long periods
  • Occasionally lift and transport up to 25 pounds
  • Use digital tools to manage reporting, communication, and training
