We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, servicing existing clients, and cross-selling insurance products with no cold calling required. You will have access to a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial insurance products, enabling you to provide tailored solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

Manage and quote inbound leads for home, auto, boat, and contractor insurance.

Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

Remarket existing accounts to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Cross-sell insurance products to maximize coverage opportunities.

Update and maintain client records in HawkSoft Agency Management System.
Requirements

A valid NYS Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills to provide top-tier service.
