We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, servicing existing clients, and cross-selling insurance products with no cold calling required. You will have access to a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial insurance products, enabling you to provide tailored solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage and quote inbound leads for home, auto, boat, and contractor insurance.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

  • Remarket existing accounts to ensure continued client satisfaction.

  • Cross-sell insurance products to maximize coverage opportunities.

  • Update and maintain client records in HawkSoft Agency Management System.


Requirements

  • A valid NYS Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

  • Experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills to provide top-tier service.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
