We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works with precision, and loves being the glue that holds the deal together. You won’t need to chase leads—we’ve got that covered. Your role is to work closely with our high-performing loan officer and ensure every client gets to the closing table smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Compensation:
$50,000 +
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Own the loan file from submission to close—track every detail and keep everything on pace.
- Order and manage all third-party docs: appraisals, title, insurance, payoffs, and more.
- Review files for completeness and compliance—accuracy is your superpower.
- Stay on top of all regulatory guidelines and ensure full documentation is submitted.
- Communicate with realtors, attorneys, borrowers, and teammates throughout the process.
- Deliver top-notch customer service— clients trust us, and we trust you to keep that standard high.

Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of mortgage processing experience preferred.
- Mortgage brokerage experience is highly preferred—you're familiar with various lenders and guidelines.
- Solid understanding of loan types (Conventional, FHA, VA) and familiarity with DU/LP systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized—you love a clean pipeline and accurate docs.
- Strong communicator—clear, professional, and proactive with updates.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese? That’s a big plus!
- Comfortable working in person—we’re a collaborative, boots-on-the-ground kind of team.
