Responsibilities
This position is responsible to understand, comprehend, and maintain with all laws and regulations such as TILA-RESPA. Be proficient in all loan products offered and able to prepared required disclosures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze applications and supporting qualifying documents submitted by Loan Officer for clerical errors
- Verify initial information into Encompass to create an electronic loan file for Portfolio Mortgage products offered by consumer real estate loan products and ensure guidelines are met
- Prepare and issue loan estimate documents in compliance with various regulations
- Prepare and issue revised disclosures
- Prepare verifications and appropriate letters for attorneys and appraisers
- Order services associated with loan
- Participates in writing procedures
- Use of external site to assist with information needed
- Other jobs or duties as directed

Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
Qualifications
Education, Training and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree or Bank experience preferred
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Research and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience:
- Two (2) years of office experience is preferred
