Payroll Junior Accountant |Temp to Perm | Hybrid, NYC

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll updates and coordinate compensation across departments.

Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with year-end reporting.

Reconcile payroll transactions, prepare journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.

Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing and documentation.

Address internal and external inquiries related to payroll and payables.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).

2+ years of experience in payroll and accounting.

Familiarity with payroll systems such as UKG, UltiPro, or ADP.

Strong understanding of payroll compliance and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
$29-35/hr
