Cook
Shift: 8 hour shift -varied start time 5a-7am, 5 days per week | Weekend Rotation required
Status: Full-Time
Department: Dining Services
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing food items for residents of Teresian House.
- Prep and cook food items to order for a nursing unit following all food safety guidelines.
- Assist with everyday preparation of food and items needed for daily meal output.
- Maintain a clean and sanity work environment.
Qualified Cook candidates will have:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and at least one year's experience in general quantity cooking.
- Interest in continuing education in culinary arts.
- Ability to read and follow recipes and production sheets.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe certified preferred
