In this role, you’ll lead the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding great people who share our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding — ensuring every candidate has a great experience.

• Partner with department managers to craft accurate, engaging job descriptions and clear hiring criteria.

• Identify and implement innovative recruiting methods that align with industry standards and company needs.

• Manage job postings and advertisements across multiple platforms.

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with managers and directors.

• Support offer negotiations, recommending competitive salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.

• Stay compliant with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Represent NetCost Market at college job fairs, networking events, and recruiting sessions.

• Oversee training processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines.

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced work.

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
