We're uiAgent. We just raised our seed round and we're building a world-class team to reinvent accounting through AI Agents. With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're now looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join and shape our product experience from day one.
Why this is different: This isn't a typical "make it pretty" design job. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll architect and craft the UX that makes complex AI workflows feel like magic. You'll work with a founder-led, elite team—moving fast, shipping directly to users, and solving truly hard design problems. If you want to reimagine how accountants interact with AI agents, build new design paradigms, and ship at breakneck speed, this is your playground.
What you'll do:
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI agent workflows, making sophisticated automation feel effortless
- Own the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, iteration, and pixel-perfect delivery
- Create new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration in professional accounting contexts
- Build and maintain our design system while moving at startup velocity
- Design for trust, accuracy, and efficiency—where mistakes cost real money
- Work directly with founders on product strategy, rapid prototyping, and roadmap decisions
- Set the design culture and standards that will scale with uiAgent
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B/SaaS products (fintech, enterprise, or AI/ML products a huge plus)
- True design craftsmanship: you obsess over every interaction, transition, and edge case
- Deep expertise in modern design tools (Figma master, prototyping, design systems)
- Proven track record shipping products that solve real business problems at scale
- Experience designing for data-heavy, workflow-intensive applications
- Ability to think in systems while shipping features at founder speed
- Technical fluency: you speak engineering, understand constraints, and design what's buildable
- Entrepreneurial, zero-to-one mindset: you love ambiguity, iteration, and owning outcomes
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products, accounting software, or designing for technical users
