Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join our front-line team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every interaction — whether assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, or resolving issues.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store or engage with us online/over the phone.
Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or company policies.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist with restocking shelves or organizing promotional displays as needed.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
Ensure all payments are collected accurately (cash, credit/debit, digital payments).
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and computer skills.
Professional, polite, and dependable.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
