What You’ll Do:
- Source & recruit skilled trades candidates for immediate and future job openings
- Conduct in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit
- Onboard & place candidates – Match them with the right client and ensure a seamless start
- Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote top candidates
- Sell candidates and our services – You are the connection between talent and opportunity
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – From sourcing to placement, you own the process
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Self-Starter with a Take-Charge Attitude – You don’t wait to be told what to do
✔ Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service Experience – Skilled trades hiring experience is a plus!
✔ Ability to Thrive Under Pressure – You love a challenge and meet deadlines with ease
✔ Strong Multitasking & Organizational Skills – You can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
✔ Tech-Savvy– Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word (50+ WPM), Boolean searches, site sourcing
✔ Professional, Outgoing, and Engaging Personality – People trust and connect with you easily
✔ Sales Mindset – You understand the value of what we offer and can confidently promote it
This is NOT a remote position. This is an in-office, in-community role where you will be hands-on, making an impact every day.
