A well-established, global investment management firm is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to join its New York–based team. This role supports a small, senior Investor Relations group and plays a key part in investor communications, marketing materials, and day-to-day client servicing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interfacing with internal teams, external investors, and senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, organize, and maintain client and prospect information within the firm's CRM system

Support investor onboarding, inquiries, and ongoing requests, partnering closely with the Investor Relations team and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of marketing and investor materials, including presentations, quarterly letters, and other communications

Coordinate the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports

Liaise with fund administrators on day-to-day requests and capital activity inquiries

Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for the Investor Relations team

Manage incoming calls for the Investor Relations function, exercising sound judgment and professionalism when escalating matters

Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Investor Relations team as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years within Investor Relations or a related role in financial services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva a plus

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
