About the Role
We’re supporting a leading global tech company that connects millions of people daily through conversation and community in their search for a Workplace Experience Coordinator.
This role is all about being the ambassador of the New York office—you will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. You’ll oversee front desk operations, visitor management, new hire Day 1 activities, and the little details that keep an office running smoothly and employees engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the professional, welcoming face of the office, managing the front desk and assisting employees, guests, and vendors.

Coordinate visitor management and security protocols (Envoy experience a plus).

Support new hire onboarding activities, including Day 1 office coordination.

Manage conference room scheduling, office supplies, and catering/food orders.

Maintain the appearance, organization, and operation of the office space.

Liaise with vendors and internal teams (IT, HR, Facilities) to resolve building or maintenance issues.

Assist with various administrative and ad-hoc projects to support workplace operations.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of office coordination, administrative support, or similar experience (tech or startup experience strongly preferred).

Outgoing, “people-first” personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle changing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).

Ability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM at One World Trade Center (potential for occasional WFH Fridays in the future).

Basic knowledge of office facilities, security, or maintenance is a plus.
