Assoc. Director, Investment Banking

Finance: Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. seeks Associate Director, Investment Banking in New York, NY to lead and manage the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Global Finance, Finance or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing Microsoft Excel to create financial models for pitches and deals; utilizing PowerPoint to create pitch materials and client materials; utilizing finance and accounting to analyze businesses and analyze valuation; utilizing experience with healthcare industry and life sciences to evaluate companies and analyze strategic moves in the sector. 10% travel required nationally. FINRA Series 79TO, Series 63, and SIE registration required. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $275,000 and $275,000 per year. 40 hours per week.
